CONSULTS:
 

Our consultations are free and last between 15- 30 minutes.

We do not perform consultations and procedures on the same day. We explain how it’s done, what is involved, and prepare each client for a procedure. There are many things the client must avoid before getting any procedure; All of which will be discussed on your consultation visit.

​

We kindly ask you to come for your consultation with no makeup in the area so we can evaluate your true skin undertone. Skin undertone has a lot to do with how your eyebrow/lip color will behave and appear on the skin once healed. 

​

We do ask you to come to your PMU consult with ideas of what you like and don't like. We also recommend bringing any makeup you use regularly so we can get a better assessment for color matching.

​

Please don’t be late! We value our client's time and those who travel to see us from other states.

​

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS:
 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment- please give us a 24 hour notice.

​

No shows – will not be able to schedule consultations/procedures in the future.

​

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy- ANY time after that will result in forfeiting of the deposit and possibly half- full payment of service.

​

Please do not arrive later than 10 minutes to a PMU appointment or 5 minutes late to any other service appointment- you will have to reschedule. There will likely be another deposit required.

OTHER APPOINTMENT INFO:
 

If you are planning a vacation, please make sure you mention that on your consultation visit. Sun exposure, ocean, chlorine, and salt will be a reason to postpone your PMU procedure for one month. These conditions will cause your PMU procedure to have a poor outcome.

Sweat and heat will cause an immediate fading, sun exposure will turn your brows extremely dark and chlorine can change your eyebrow color to grey.

Please follow the “BEFORE CARE” instructions provided at your consultation. They will give you the information you should do prior to your procedure. Failure to follow these instructions prior to your procedure may result in a less-than-perfect outcome or even a cancellation of the procedure.

Our pigments are 100% organic, vegan, and cruelty-free with no color additives. They can not break down into other colors because they contain no constituent colors. Since they are charcoal-based, that means that there is no chance for your treatment to turn blue or green.

​

Microblading and Microshading are not recommended for anyone pregnant, breastfeeding, or under current medical care. Those with scarring (Keloid), eczema, psoriasis, moles, or sunburns in that area would also not be ideal candidates.

​

No makeup is to be applied for 72 hours (three days) after the procedure on the tattoo area. 

​

Do not expose your healing skin to direct sun, tanning beds, hot tubs, saunas, salt water, chlorinated pools, or extremely hot water for 2 weeks following your procedure

​

While brow lamination is generally for everyone, there are a few exceptions.

This treatment is not recommended for people who have scratches, burns, or scars near the eyes, have eye contamination, have skin conditions, or have inflammation in the eyebrow area. You should also stay away from brow lamination if you have allergies or past reactions to cosmetics, dyes, and semi-permanent tattooing such as microblading. With proper care, brow lamination can last four to eight weeks.
